SMOKED SALMON BURRATA FLATBREAD

Ingredients:

- Grilled Flatbread, Flat Crust Pizza, or Naan

- Green Relish (recipe below)

- I Tin Cole’s Smoked Salmon in Olive Oil

- Burrata

- 1 Red Onion, thinly sliced

- 4-5 Small/Medium Tomatoes, thinly sliced

- Baby Arugula Leaves

- Capers

Green Relish: Blend the following in a food processor/blender:

- 1/2 Cup Cilantro Leaves

- 1/2 Cup Parsley Leaves

- 4 Cloves Garlic

- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil

- 2 Tbsp White Wine Vinegar

- 1 Tsp Paprika

- 1/3 Cup Lemon Juice

- 1/2 Tsp Ground Cumin

- 1/2 Tsp Salt

Directions:  

Heat flatbread according to package instructions. Add toppings and enjoy.
